These funds will be used to provide financial, emotional, educational, and mental health supports to families from the moment of their child's diagnosis into survivorship. NNCCF helps shoulder the financial burden for families facing a childhood cancer diagnosis by covering household, medical, travel, and bereavement expenses. They support families by hosting family events, gifting families with hospital necessities wagons, and children with toys. They host parent support groups, cover therapy expenses, and gift cancer warriors and survivors with scholarships to help fund their futures. Funding raised through the Moana Mumkin campaign in partnership with Aflac of northern Nevada will support these projects and, more importantly, local families in the fight.
